    These intensive fitness sessions are held in a fun and enjoyable environment incorporating various components such stamina & endurance, on-court agility, plyometric exercises, cross training, and strength and conditioning.



    Tenrobics (Tennis + Aerobics)

    FEES: $90/session
    +$10/hr for each additional person

    This programme is a high energy 1-hour on-court cardio-workout that will incorporate music with different elements of tennis – strength, movement and coordination. Gather a group of friends (mixed ability level can be accomodated) for an exciting time out on the courts. Guaranteed to work up a sweat!
